Now then, let's get onto tasting this bonzer of an Australian gin, heaps of cassia bark and ginger can be tasted throughout along with a splash of native wattleseed to support the framework provided by the subtle sweetness of the botanical citrus flavours, all coming together for a remarkably well executed flavour blend finishing on the gentle liquorice flavour brought by star anise.

So there you have it, an Australian gin made with over 95% native Australian botanicals that will make a evening with your mates that much more enjoyable. Works fine and dandy when used in a simple J&T or even a Martini, a great experience that one can easily get a crack out of.
