Porter's Gin is quite unique in the fact that it's cold distilled, in fact their cold still is only one of few in Britain. Distilling their gin cold makes their gin more environmentally friendly and as a bonus lets them capture the flavours of the botanicals without cooking them. Moving on, this here gin is made from 100% British wheat spirit and makes use of Buddha's Hand Citrus to create its amazingly bright citrusy notes which are shortly followed by the juniper us gin-lovers have grown to love.
I think it should go without saying that this here little bottle of magic will do just fine however you intend to pour your drink. However, if you're looking for some pointers, then Porter's recommend trying one in a gin and tonic with lime or in a London Calling cocktail; don't mind if I do.
