Stop the bus, I want to get off, Chocolate and Cherries, I love it... why haven't I heard of this before... Luckily for me That Boutique-y Gin Company are way ahead of my bus, in fact they probably don't even travel by bus, why would you leave the house and travel anywhere if your job was to create wonderful gins like this. Can I come work for you?
Anyway without a job offer on the table, the next best thing was to pour myself a glass, I actually tried this with coke, but it will go just as nice with a tonic of course. Now as I sat down with my independent ginsarian cap on and took my first sip: WOW... blooming delicious, yes it was sweet. but not cloyed in any way, it oozed rich chocolate and spiced fruit and came with a hint of herbaceous cassia that finished well with drying cacao and juniper and long lasting cherry notes. All in all just perfect for all you chocolate loving gin enthusiasts.
