A 19th century bitters created in Milan by Gaspare Campari, made by infusing 68 bitter herbs, plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The result is a rich, complex aperitif which works brilliantly in cocktails such as a Negroni, Americano or a Garibaldi (Campari and fresh orange juice).
It has many uses in cocktails and is used in some of the best recipes of all time. Yet, for those unaccustomed to the taste: Campari-forward drinks like the popular Negroni, Americano, or Campari and Soda, can be overwhelming.

We love gin so much we started our own Gin Club back in 2019 and pride ourselves on running the UK's friendliest dedicated gin club around.
