Depending on the size of your order the Tracked 48 and DPD 2-Day services can arrive 2 days either side of your chosen preferred delivery date. Please check to see if your postcode falls into this category and allow extra 48-72hrs for delivery and as such during the order process if any of the following postcodes are detected your delivery method and fee will be changed to the recommended service for this area. Please note we reserve the right to amend your order to avoid sending any perishable extras you may have added to these postcodes.

What happens if the recipient isn't in?
When placing your order you are able to select either a signed or non-signed delivery that can be left safe or with a neighbour. The signed for delivery is our default option and you will require to opt out, however if you select the leave safe/neighbour option it must be noted that this will only be possible if the delivery driver deems it safe or can find an immediate neighbour, If not your order will be taken back to the depot. Please note that no refunds for non delivery will be made for any orders where we have proof of delivery to a neighbour of leave safe location.
If Something Goes Wrong
We trust you'll be 100% satisfied with your order, however, if there's anything you're not happy with, or you have changed your mind about anything you've ordered for any reason whatsoever in 7 working days of receiving it then please get in touch and we will put into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure where any queries relating to damage or non delivery will be given particular urgency.
