We offer a fully integrated Track and Trace facility that connects to our delivery companies websites allowing you to easily check on the progress of your order from dispatch through to delivery.
When placing your order you are able to select either a signed or non-signed delivery that can be left safe or with a neighbour. The signed for delivery is our default option and you will require to opt out, however if you select the leave safe/neighbour option it must be noted that this will only be possible if the delivery driver deems it safe or can find an immediate neighbour, If not your order will be taken back to the depot. Please note that no refunds for non delivery will be made for any orders where we have proof of delivery to a neighbour of leave safe location.
We trust you'll be 100% satisfied with your order, however, if there’s anything you’re not happy with, or you have changed your mind about anything you’ve ordered for any reason whatsoever in 7 working days of receiving it then please get in touch and we will put into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure where any queries relating to damage or non delivery will be given particular urgency.
