Alrite my Gin Luvvers, we have a proper job of a gin here, say hello to The Leveller Gin" from, Somerset, if you had'nt of guessed it yet.

With a nod to the Somerset Levellers, this month's Gin Club is synonymous with the rebel rousing rural folk that ran amok in the 1600’s and is crafted by four mates, Steve, Simon, Dave, Allan and Rusty the Rat, the silent partner and brand guardian who have built from scratch this genuine small craft distillery.

The gin itself is 43% ABV and uses only 7 botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, cinnamon, cardamon, lemon peel and bitter orange peel and, now, this must just be a Somerset thing, but the distilling process is all very “Zen”, as they allow the spirit and botanical oils to “Become One” in an airtight container for a minimum of five weeks before bottling.

All in all, this is an incredibly well-rounded and crisp gin, that’s sippable and cocktailable (is that even a word?) and has a refinement that just encapsulates all that is good in a premium small craft gin. We absolutely love it, from the very first sip to the very last little drop.
