A genuine small, crafted artisan, Home Farm Gin. (Featured in our March 2021 Gin Club) Lovingly created with a flexibly lenient goal in mind by two Norfolk boys Paul and Nev "to earn a living doing something we are passionate about and enjoy, so going to work doesn’t feel like work."

A simple dream behind this beautiful Gin which is produced by utilising the farm's very own purified unchlorinated water supply, along with 9 botanicals including Coriander, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise and Ginger. With just one copper still affectionately named "Matilda", this really is as small craft as they come.

Onto the best part, a pleasant spicy front loaded juniper forward taste presented itself as it opens with subtle notes of pine wood to temper the palate, and a slight zing of citrus peel to finish the crisp taste. When I'm thinking back on the whole experience all I can say is the boys have outdone themselves with this; having created a distinctive clean, crisp and smooth sipping Gin.

I can’t believe my time is already over with this one, but it has me looking forward to what Nev the Mixologist's next recipe has in store. But as I still have many more Gins left to sample, it may be a while for this poor old 'Ginsarian'.
