Copper distilled into a wonderfully smooth aromatic spirit, this Gin sets itself apart by making English sage the star of the show. This botanical along with juniper, freshly cut sandalwood and hints of tangy orange marmalade make the nose of this particular Gin stand out like no other. All this leads itself to an open palate of bodied juniper, a sweet yet dry citrus flavour and a final hint of delicate spice. A delectably warm and smooth savoury flourish if I must say.
