We believe in a thing called Love here at interGIN, after all we do come from Lowestoft, the home of The Darkness, so for our first Valentine's Day Gin Club we thought we would make it super romantic by teaming up with our friends over at Edens Mill and showcase you this beautiful limited edition Love Gin.

Now then, starting with the gin itself. Its origin dates back to a distillery built in St Andrew's (the Golf capital of Scotland) back in the 19th century, so I'm sure the 19th hole was well stocked back in the day for sure.

Ok, so now, without to much persuasion, lets get onto actually trying it. For me at least, romance needs to be taken slow, so I did just that and enjoyed the floral and fruity aroma first before taking my first sip which enveloped my palette with elderberry and raspberry notes giving it a bitter yet sweet taste that reminded me of of a butterfly landing on a rose in full bloom.

So there you have it, the iconic gin for Valentine's Day, with roses and love hearts on the bottle you just can't go wrong with this versatile gin. Just make sure that when it inevitably sweeps your loved one off their feet, you're there to catch them before handing them another glass. you romantic old devil.
